Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
- Monitor contract performance, addressing any deviations or disputes promptly.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions on contract-related matters to project teams.
- Develop and maintain contract documentation, records, and reports.
- Lead dispute resolution processes, including mediation and arbitration when necessary.
Qualifications
- A degree in any discipline (preferably law, business, or engineering-related fields).
- 10-15 years of experience in managing construction contracts.
- Extensive knowledge of construction contracts, legal frameworks, and procurement practices.
- Proven experience with large-scale projects in infrastructure or construction industries.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
