Electrical Test Engineer

We’re looking for Electrical Test Engineers to help bring our cutting-edge trains to life.
🔧 Your Mission:
You will be responsible for testing electrical systems on new trains in line with rigorous procedures and delivery schedules, ensuring every system performs flawlessly before it hits the tracks.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Execute train tests according to defined procedures and customer acceptance criteria.
- Perform systematic handovers from manufacturing and ensure all test reports are completed.
- Identify, trace, and manage failures with precision and urgency.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the EPU Test Manager and propose process improvements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and quality teams.
- Maintain and report on KPIs and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
Report deviations, near-misses, and accidents promptly
Qualifications
- Test and/or commissioning experience in industrial environments (rail, automation, or process industries).
- Strong technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network systems.
- A result-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work across multi-cultural teams and functions.
- Strong team spirit and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
