Aufgabe

Job Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop automotive interior and exterior plastic trims using CATIA V5/V6.

  2. Work on components such as:

    • Instrument Panel (IP) / Dashboard

    • Door Trims and Door Panels

    • Centre Console

    • A/B/C Pillar Trims

    • Headliner

    • Bumper and Grilles

    • Garnishes and Claddings

    • Exterior Plastic Trims

  3. Perform 3D modelling, part design, assembly design and 2D drawings.

  4. Work on plastic component design, draft analysis and wall thickness.

  5. Understand injection moulding and tooling feasibility.

  6. Ensure design feasibility, packaging and assembly requirements.
