Position: Aftersales Engineer – CCS & ADAS
Domain: Automotive / After Sales
Key Skills: Connected Car Services, ADAS, Vehicle Diagnostics and Technical Support

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support for automotive aftersales activities related to CCS and ADAS.

  2. Support troubleshooting of connected vehicle features and ADAS functionalities.

  3. Analyse customer complaints, vehicle issues and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs).

  4. Coordinate with OEMs, dealers and service centres to resolve technical issues.

  5. Work on connected vehicle technologies, telematics and remote diagnostics.

  6. Support ADAS systems such as:

    • Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC)

    • Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB)

    • Lane Departure Warning (LDW)

    • Lane Keep Assist (LKA)

    • Blind Spot Monitoring (BSM)

    • Parking Assist
