Aufgabe
This position is responsible for leading NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) activities on propulsion systems (conventional and/or electrified) across assigned vehicle programs. The role ensures NVH assessments are conducted at key program milestones, collaborates with engineering release teams, and integrates the propulsion system into the vehicle to meet overall NVH performance targets.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead NVH activities on propulsion systems (conventional and/or electrified) for all responsible programs.
Ensure NVH assessments are conducted at each program gate and engage release teams to ensure NVH enablers are implemented into the final design.
Support relevant NVH activities to integrate the propulsion system into the vehicle and achieve overall vehicle NVH targets.
Prepare and present clear, concise presentations for management reviews.
Manage value optimization (VO) activities for propulsion systems while maintaining intended NVH character at the product and vehicle level.
Act as the liaison between the Propulsion System organization and the Vehicle organization regarding NVH attributes at a system level.
Oversee process improvement actions within the organization to enhance operational and economic efficiencies.
