Job Description
SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Fire Fighting & Plumbing Team Leader for a major railway infrastructure project.
Responsibilities
Lead fire protection and plumbing engineering activities.
Review technical drawings, hydraulic calculations, material submittals, and method statements.
Coordinate fire suppression, fire water networks, drainage, and plumbing systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable NFPA standards, UAE regulations, and project specifications.
Coordinate installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning activities.
Manage technical interfaces with civil, architectural, and other MEP disciplines.
Profil
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Strong experience in firefighting and plumbing systems on major infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with NFPA standards and UAE authority requirements.
Railway depot, metro, HSR, airport, or large industrial facility experience preferred.
Proven technical leadership and coordination experience.
