- Assembly Sequencing & Workstation Design: Map out and sequence assembly tasks for optimal operator

- Cycle Time & Takt Time Alignment: Perform rigorous time studies to balance workstation cycle times against
- the 60-second Takt Time benchmark.
- Line Balancing: Design line balancing matrices to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize operator allocation
- across peak demand phases.
- Standard Work Implementation: Author Work Instructions (SOPs) and standard operating routines for legacy
- (30%) and new equipment installations (70%).
- Core Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Mastery of Lean Manufacturing methodologies: Line Balancing, Yamazumi Charts, Time & Motion Studies, 5S,
- Standard Work.
- Proficiency in process workflow design and workstation ergonomic optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset, data-driven problem solving, and collaborative communication with shop-floor teams.

Role Purpose
The Industrial / Process Engineer optimizes assembly processes, workstation balancing, and cycle times to achieve
operational targets across manufacturing plants. Operating as the technical production specialist, this role
establishes assembly sequences, eliminates process bottlenecks, and ensures that workstations achieve a strict
Takt Time target of 60 seconds.
