As part of our activities in the automotive engineering sector, we are seeking Junior Mechanical engineers to support new study projects and propose integration solutions for functions and components within complete vehicle environments.

Main duties :

●       Lead Product Development: Own the component or system lifecycle from initial concept phase through production launch, ensuring compliance with cost, timing, and quality targets.

●       Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems and components.

●       Conduct basic engineering analyses to support design decisions.

●       Problem Solving & Change Management: Lead root-cause analysis for build issues or failures, and author engineering change orders to implement corrections.

●       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility.

●       Follow industry standards and company guidelines in design processes.

●       Participate in project reviews and contribute to technical discussions.

●       Engineer degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

●       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●       Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.

●       Proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken).

●       Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.
