capable of handling Stamping related activities individually.

 Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure, Body structure & stamping feasibility concerns for

both Cold Stamping.

 Knowledge on Die standard parts & die cost estimation.

 Knowledge on Stamping Process Optimization & Progressive analysis.

 Hands on experience in any simulation software [Auto form / Pam stamp / Dyna form] and can able

to execute simulation & plan Counter measure.

 Knowledge on Automated presses lines [Cross bar, Feed bar] panel layout making.

 Able propose Engineering Change request to Product design.

 Able execute Tool Go-Ahead activity – with milestone closing documents (Process, Simulation, Sim

Report, 3D & 2D Method Plan, Spring back simulation & compensation knowledge preferable.

 Hands on experience in any CAD software [Catia/UG] with A-class surface modelling capability.

 Hands on experience in T0 trials & can make comparison Simulation Vs Trial -Preferable.
