Studio Engineering

Aufgabe

Perform Engineering, Packaging, Manufacturing, and Regulatory feasibility studies for CAS and Class-A surfaces.

Bridge the gap between Design Studio and Engineering teams while preserving styling intent.

Develop and modify complex 3D CAD models using CATIA V5/V6 and 3DEXPERIENCE.

Design and develop BIW, Exterior Trim, Plastic Components, and Underbody Parts.

Create engineering solutions considering DFM, DFA, tooling feasibility, and manufacturing constraints.

Perform CAD assembly modelling, product structure management, and release activities.

Manage CAD data using PLM tools such as Teamcenter and 3DEXPERIENCE.

Support pedestrian protection studies and vehicle safety requirements.

Coordinate with global engineering teams and suppliers during product development.

Participate in design reviews and implement engineering changes.

Generate technical documentation, BOMs, and engineering release packages.
