We are looking for a Quality Analyst – SQM Agent to drive supplier performance and enable long-term quality transformation. In this strategic role, you will focus on preventing issues before they occur by leveraging data, risk insights and strong supplier partnerships. You will act as a key driver of continuous improvement and supplier maturity across your portfolio.

In your role, you will:

·        Analyze quality data to anticipate risks and prevent issues

·        Maintain a clear end-to-end view of supplier performance

·        Lead structured supplier performance reviews

·        Drive supplier improvement plans (QIP), RSA, and continuous improvement initiatives

·        Strengthen supplier capabilities and foster a proactive quality culture

• You have a minimum of ten (10) years experience.

• As our ideal candidate:

  ·        You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent

  ·        You have strong experience in supplier quality, audits, or APQP

  ·        You demonstrate a strong analytical and strategic mindset

  ·        You have solid knowledge of quality systems, audits, and performance management

  ·        You are an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills

  ·        You are proactive and oriented toward continuous improvement and long-term impact
