Aufgabe
- Coordination of material and part management activities for Serial Life projects related to exterior components;
- Support testing activities for modified or improved exterior parts;
- Coordinate validation and testing activities with internal teams and external test houses;
- Plan, monitor and track development, validation and implementation activities;
- Ensure documentation and follow-up of project timing, performance and deliverables;
- Maintain and update engineering data in PLM / Altis / 3DCom / DOCINFO systems;
- Support industrialization activities for changed or improved exterior components;
- Investigate field and manufacturing part failures and define corrective actions;
- Develop product improvements together with suppliers and cross-functional teams;
- Validate design changes according to functional, durability and quality requirements;
- Coordinate manufacturing trials and assembly try-outs for modified components;
- Release design changes in compliance with legal, customer and internal quality requirements.
Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field;
- Experience in product development, validation or Serial Life activities within the automotive industry;
- Experience with exterior automotive components (e.g. bumpers, grilles, emblems, trims) represents an advantage;
- Knowledge of engineering documentation and PLM systems;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Experience working in cross-functional project teams and with automotive OEMs/suppliers is considered an advantage;
- Fluent English;
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail;
- Team-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
- Salary range: RON 5,000 – 6,000 net/month, depending on experience and qualifications.
