SEGULA Technologies, a global leader in high-value Engineering and Consulting services with over 15,000 engineers across more than 30 countries, is looking for a Project Manager to join our project team based in Aveiro with work on-site.
You will join a transformation and industrialization project for a digital platform serving the automotive industrial sector, evolving an existing solution toward a global cloud-native architecture deployed on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Profil
Responsibilities:
Assume full operational accountability for the execution, delivery, and daily management of the project team, ensuring strict alignment with the established milestones and delivery timeline.
Lead and participate in Tactical Governance (PMO), tracking project progress, defining KPIs, and preparing comprehensive status reports for the Steering Committee
Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and technical or organizational dependencies (such as data availability or environment readiness) to minimize impact on deployment timelines.
Manage and parallelize the work across multiple parallel delivery streams, ensuring seamless alignment between Frontend, Backend, Architecture, API Integration, QA, and DevOps tracks.
Act as the primary tactical bridge between the supplier's delivery team and Business Process Owners (BPOs), Corporate IT representatives, and Local Plant Managers to validate backlog priorities and ensure solution adoption.
Guard the project scope, handling change requests and backlog prioritization, while ensuring that delivery targets match the industrial constraints and business priorities.
Oversee the transition to the live production environment, ensuring the delivery team acts as an effective final escalation point for L3 technical support in compliance with the defined SLA models.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale software development, systems integration, or digital transformation projects.
Demonstrated ability to manage multi-stream delivery models combining Gantt-based macro planning with Agile sprint execution.
Strong background in managing relationships with enterprise clients, corporate IT departments, and international stakeholders.
Practical experience using industry-standard collaboration and tracking tools, including JIRA, Confluence, and Xray.
Full professional fluency in English
