Aufgabe

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Aerospace Recruiter to join our Aerospace Team . In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within the aerospace and aviation industry. You will partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and operations roles.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for aerospace  positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement
  • Partner with clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and cultural fit needs
  • Source candidates using job boards, ATS systems, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for high-demand aerospace roles (e.g., Aircraft Assemblers, Aircraft Mechanics, Avionics, Quality Inspectors, etc )
  • Conduct pre-screen interviews to assess experience, certifications, and eligibility requirements (including compliance needs such as ITAR where applicable)
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes as needed
  • Stay informed on aerospace industry trends, labor market conditions, and salary benchmarks
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and client-specific hiring requirements

Profil

  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in staffing or agency environment
  • Experience recruiting within aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or technical industries strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of technical job requirements and blue-collar/skilled trades roles
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience specifically as a sourcer or sourcing specialist
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and advanced search techniques
  • Knowledge of ITAR and aerospace compliance requirements
  • Experience with high-volume or urgent hiring needs
