We are seeking a dynamic and organized NVH Lab Supervisor to lead our daily floor operations and keep our facility running at peak efficiency. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our daily productivity, managing a team of 30 employees, overseeing work orders, and ensuring our shop environment remains safe, organized, and high-performing.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage daily assignments, schedules, and workflows for a team of 30 employees to ensure maximum productivity.

• Work Order Management: Efficiently track, prioritize, and handle work order management from inception to completion.

• Facilities Collaboration: Partner closely with the facilities group to schedule and ensure timely maintenance and equipment repairs.

• Logistics Oversight: Oversee all inbound and outbound shipping and receiving activities to keep inventory and materials moving smoothly.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary, first-line point of contact for all business partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

• Safety & Workplace Organization: Maintain a pristine, safe, and efficient shop floor by strictly following and enforcing 5S principles.
