Stellenbeschreibung

Erstellung von projektspezifischen Anfragedokumenten unter Berücksichtigung der Projektziele
Einholung, Verifizierung und Verhandlung von Angeboten, bis hin zum Einkaufsabschluss
Optimierung der Beschaffungskosten (Kostenmonitoring, aufzeigen von Kostenabweichungen und Einsparungspotentialen, sowie Definition und Einleitung von Maßnahmen zur Kostenoptimierung)
Kostenabschätzung und Zielpreisfestlegung in Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen
Unterstützung bei Make-or-Buy-Entscheidungen
Proaktive Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Beschaffungsprozesse

Qualifikationen

Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, HAK, FH oder Universität)
Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf, vorzugsweise im Automotive Umfeld
Sehr gutes technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse für technische Produkte
Sehr gute MS Office und SAP-Kenntnisse
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und exzellenter Umgang mit Lieferant_innen
Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 10%, hauptsächlich tageweise sowie im DACH-Raum)

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Bruttojahresgehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 45.570,- (HTL) bzw. € 50.400,- (Bachelor). Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
