Supplier Manager (Entry level)

Job Description

The activity of the Supplier Convergence Leader (SCL) is in the Equipped Body Design and Conformity group.

Responsible for the compliance convergence of strategic parts
Responsible for ensuring the application of compliant processes by suppliers

Location:

April – November 2024: Turin
December 2024 – September 2025: Melfi

Responsibilities:

Animation and Management of the Supplier Compliance Dashboard
Manage the “Supplier control jig vs MAPIEX “ correlation
Lead and train the part supplier for conformity and compliance processes
Lead and control the Quality Analyst activities
Leads supplier quality reviews and LUDF (Unique List of Supplier Defects)
Verify and track component Pelletizing (Pastillage)
Proposes to the SSLM the suppliers to be escalated based on the BCI business criteria
Follow-up of suppliers at risk / in escalation
Prioritize supplier compliance actions consistent with expected vehicles
Coach strategic suppliers on the execution of compliance process standards by animating the process compliance dashboard.
Animates the QA of its perimeter
Ensure regular reporting to the SSLL for its scope
Leads MAPIEX events. Part validation with supplier and part correlation

Qualifications

Experience level: entry level to 3 years experience

Mandatory:

Experience in minimum 1 Launch of a xP program (Launcher or Reskin 2)
APQP/PPAP & Supplier Quality Manual
Tools : PLMà MANDATORY
English AND Italian knowledge Intermediate level at least B2

Desired:

Mechanical Engineering degree
Quality experience
Technical domains & design tools: CAD tools (Catia)
Statistical analysis
Control process
Defect resolution process
