Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter in Košice region, where you will play a key role in global talent acquisition efforts. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building and maintaining a talent pool, ensuring a strong pipeline for future hiring needs. Your contribution will be vital in shaping the foundation of a new organization from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including Employer Branding, Global Mobility, and Manufacturing Engineering, and partner closely with management teams. 

  • Take ownership of key milestones within the People Plan, managing expectations and driving delivery. 

  • Execute the headcount plan for 2024, focusing on senior engineering while aligning with global hiring strategies. 

  • Lead mass hiring initiatives as production ramps up in 2026. 

  • Develop job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers, providing local labor market insights to identify and attract key talent. 

  • Manage job postings across various platforms, including internal career sites and job boards. 

  • Identify technical expertise, pre-screen candidates, build a strong network of specialists, schedule interviews, and present job offers, handing over successful candidates to the local People Experience team. 

  • Utilize talent acquisition systems to gain insights and inform decisions. 

  • Participate in and help organize job fairs. 

  • Foster collaboration not only within your immediate team but across the broader organization. 

  • Continuously refine talent acquisition processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  •  Several years of experience in an in-house talent acquisition role within a global company. 
  • Preferably, experience in the automotive manufacturing sector within an international environment. 

  • A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. 

  • Ability to thrive in a transforming organization or green-field project environment. 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both English and Slovak. 

  • A team player with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Willingness and ability to travel within Europe, with a primary base in Košice, Slovakia. 

  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest HR and industry trends.
