Component Quality Analyst

Job Description

The Quality Analyst is one of the actors of the project’s quality convergence: within its scope, it deploys quality management tools on the qualification of incoming parts.

Location:

April – November 2024: Turin
December 2024 – September 2025: Melfi

Responsibilities:

Create the visual control ranges (for the reception parts)
Drive the qualification of the Parts in receipt (Aspect, Compliance, Assembly)
Pelletizing (Pastillage) tracking management
Animation of convergence conformity RCM (Presence, Accoliv, completeness)
Operationally piloting the CQ of its perimeter
Participate in the APQP/PPAP process for parts within its perimeter.
Looking for palliative solutions
Participate in Animations project (RPO/Pelletizing/Morning Market/Restitution SCA)
Ensure regular reporting to the SCL of its perimeter
Formalize derogations in the system for monitoring derogations
Participate to the correlation of supplier measurements with MAPIEX
Manage containments on parts with suppliers (define, realize on first parts, test, check result, act)
Part logistic transfer involvement
Performing MAPIEX correlation check
SIAM & deviation management for parts in his responsibility
Support the MPPA process (part scrapping)

Qualifications

Experience level: entry level to 3 years experience

Mandatory:

Experience in minimum 1 Launch of a xP program (Launcher or Reskin 2)
QUICK LINK Software knowledge
Tools : PLMà MANDATORY
English AND Italian intermediate level (B2 and up)

Desired:

Mechanical Engineering degree
Quality experience
Issue solving process
Metrologic knowledge
Technical domains & design tools: CAD tools (Catia)
