The Permitting Engineer

Job Description

The Permitting engineer shall support the Permitting Department within the Institutional Affair and CSR Direction. It constitutes the third member of a young permitting team that shall perform the following activities:

Preparation of technical dossiers to be presented to the competent Authorities for obtaining authorizations and / or renewal, also through the management and coordination of external companies and technical entities involved;
Support in the management of the interface with institutions and preparation of correspondence related to institutional relationships;
Analysis of dossiers regarding maintenance and modifications of the plant, for authorizations and permits, monitoring of prescriptions and related deadlines;
Support in the organization, coordination and participation in presentations and business meetings with the entities involved;
Constant updating on the issue of new regulations in the various areas of interest;

Qualifications

Degree in mechanical engineering or similar
At least 5 years of experience in similar roles at national and / or regional level, in particular in the Oil & Gas sector, with proven experience in relations with institutional stakeholders
Excellent technical knowledge of national and regional legislation on plant engineering and knowledge of the production processes of Oil & Gas plants.
Knowledge of the legislation and procedures relating to mining, fire and Seveso activities in order to prepare technical dossiers
Knowledge of INAIL and ASP procedures for the preparation and presentation of technical dossiers for maintenance / repairs and new systems.
