• Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Masterstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Ähnliches
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld
• Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP, Power-BI-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
• Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen
• Proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
• Durchsetzungsstärke gepaart mit der Fähigkeit wertschätzend zu kommunizieren 
• Ausgezeichnete Deutsch-(C1) und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das überkollektivvertragliche Bruttojahresgehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position € 52.000,--. Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
