Vertriebsingenieur / Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Job Description

Technische als auch wirtschaftliche Prüfung von Kundenanfragen
Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten
Technische und kaufmännische Verhandlungen inkl. Vertragsgestaltung
Betreuung bestehender Schlüsselkunden, Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen und Erschließung zusätzlicher Märkte
Erstellung von Sales Reports, Forecasts, Markt-, Mitbewerbs- und Kundenzufriedenheitsanalysen
Auftragseingangs- und Kostenverantwortung
Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Vertriebs- und Marktstrategien

Qualifications

Höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL | FH | TU), idealerweise Maschinenbau; alternativ in Mechatronik, Verfahrenstechnik, Automatisierungstechnik o.ä.); eine kaufmännische Zusatzausbildung ist von Vorteil
Mehrjährige Vertriebserfahrung im internationalen Sondermaschinen- oder Anlagenbau
Internationale Reisebereitschaft (~25%)
Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und CRM-Systemen
Verhandlungsfähiges Englisch, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Genauigkeit
Eigenverantwortung und Selbstständigkeit
Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Verlässlichkeit
Kommunikationsstärke, Deutsch C1
Team- und Organisationsfähigkeit
Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Flexibilität

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt, das deutlich über dem kollektivvertraglichen Mindestbetrag von € 53.500 liegt. Dein tatsächliches Gehalt orientiert sich an der Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung – eine attraktive Überzahlung ist selbstverständlich.
