As a "Pilote Géométrie" you take on a pivotal role in ensuring geometry convergence and compliance. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and drive excellence in vehicle geometry and design.
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with stamping, welding, geometry convergence leaders, product designers, and supplier development teams.
- Oversee the definition and geometric convergence of Functional Technical Characteristics for vehicle bases, openings, and body structures.
- Deliver project outputs on time, ensuring robust processes and convergence activities.
- Define and implement geometry monitoring and control plans for welding across all sectors and subassemblies.
- Contribute to the creation of standards, enforce processes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Support and upskill service providers through initial training, coaching, audits, and VRS evaluations.
📋 Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bac+2 in geometry or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in the automotive or similar sector.
- Skills:
- Expertise in CATIA V5 or V6.
- Proficiency with office tools and measurement/testing tools.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 17025 standards and innovative measurement techniques.
- Ability to analyze, audit, and interpret technical needs.
- Excellent French writing skills for reports, protocols, and notes.
