Job Description

The activity consists of:

Managing the development of the assembled part and convergence of specifications.
Managing Product/Process/Logistics Evolutions related to the part.
Drafting DCR (Design Change Requests) and GCR (Change Management Requests) for suppliers and conducting technical negotiations.
Managing the supplier and coordinating the decision-making process. Proposing modifications or modification packages.
Managing the supplier on Hardware/Software/Part topics.
Drafting the application-specific Hardware Technical Specification based on the transversal DRC26 (Diagnostic Specification).
Developing mechanical, electrical, and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) validation plans.
Managing validation plans and coordinating solution plans in case of failures.
Specifying the organic characteristics for the realization of SFAs (Functional Application Schematics).

Expected Deliverables

The deliverables for the activity include:

Convergence of Specifications: Ensure the convergence of product specifications with the technical requirements set by the project.
Validation Plans: Deliver mechanical, electrical, and EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) validation plans for the developed parts.
Technical Documentation: Provide the relevant technical documentation, including Design Change Requests (DCRs) and technical reports detailing modifications and their implications.
Supplier Management Reports: Produce regular reports on supplier performance and progress on Hardware/Software/Part development topics.
Failure Management Plans: Coordinate and deliver plans of action in case of validation failures, including technical and corrective solution proposals.
Functional Application Schematics: Define and specify the organic characteristics required for creating SFAs (Functional Application Schematics).

Qualifications

The execution of the activity demands the following competencies:

Electromechanical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the electrotechnical systems, diagnostic tools, and vehicle-specific development processes.
Testing and Measurement Skills: Expertise in conducting electrotechnical tests and handling validation processes for automotive components.
Documentation Tools: Proficiency with documentation systems and software for tracking technical specifications, anomalies, and modifications.
Development Frameworks: Strong understanding of client's-specific frameworks like V3P, and the federated processes (PO51, PO53, PO54).
ISO 26262 Compliance: Familiarity with functional safety methodologies and processes under the ISO 26262 standard, ensuring safety and reliability in vehicle systems.
English Language: Advanced English is essential for coordinating with international teams and suppliers, with French being an advantage.
