Engineering Project Manager (Aerospace)

Job Description

Program & Project Management
Own full delivery of programs and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain project plans, manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee risk mitigation.
Lead change management, governance processes, and stakeholder communication.
Track performance, prepare reports, support decision‑making, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
Coordinate internal and external deliverables and represent the organization professionally.
Aircraft Modification & Technical Oversight
Perform aircraft surveys and recommend modification or refurbishment solutions.
Review engineering drawings, STCs, task cards, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Manage parts requirements, manpower planning, vendor coordination, and project data tracking.
Prepare technical requests and ensure conformity with regulatory and company‑approved procedures.

Qualifications

10+ years in program/project management within complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
5+ years in MRO, aircraft modification, or large-component manufacturing.
Strong financial skills in budgeting and forecasting.
PMP certification strongly preferred.
