Project Administrator
Job Description
- Supporting project meetings by arranging meetings, setting agendas, circulating project documentation.
- Supporting management of project budgets.
- Change management processes, updating project plans and preparing project reports.
- Maintaining and managing existing partner relationships.
- Supporting management of project processes.
- Development of new technical partner relationships.
- Supporting project requirements for reporting to include auditing, effective steering and governance, and compliance with timescales, budget and objectives.
- Ensuring documentary evidence is collected, filed and readily available.
- Providing support to the Project Manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of project management support.
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of building relationships with a wide range of partners and customers.
- Experience of using IT systems for project management.
- Previous experience of project co-ordination
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
- A general knowledge of research funded project delivery.
- Understanding of research funding regulations.
- Self-motivated with an emphasis on task management and adaptability.
