Painting Inspector in Rail

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

Perform the paintings visual inspections and layer thickness measurements (both wet and dry) on bogie frames
Conduct masking checks based on technical drawings – basic drawing interpretation skills required
Carry out simple mechanical or roughness measurements and functional checks (e.g. verifying screw threads after painting)
Record all inspection results digitally in Excel, following provided checklists and instructions

Qualifications

Strong quality awareness
Attention to detail
Previous inspection or controller experience
Ability to work in shifts
