IT Administrator

Job Description

In the role of an IT Administrator, you will be part of a global functional team and responsible for the configuration and testing of IT components for wind turbines and wind farms worldwide.

Inspection and reporting on the quality of delivered components.
Independent handling of assigned IT tasks.
Configuration and testing of IT components such as switches, firewalls, PCs, servers, and routers.
Preparation and execution of factory acceptance tests.
Providing 2nd level IT support for projects worldwide.

Qualifications

Completed technical vocational training (e.g., IT specialist) and several years of professional experience in the server and network area.
At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT industry
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and virtualization (preferably Proxmox) within the systems.
Knowledge of network technology (VLAN, NAT, routing).
Knowledge of using SAP and Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
Have a strong sense of responsibility, and work well in a team.
Good English and German skills, both written and spoken is a must.
