Job Description

Project technical leader is responsible to coordinate his Technical Group ( engineers, buyers , suppliers, logistics and manufactures...) in order to reach at targets QCDP projects. His role is to reports to Project Manager and Synthesis Engineers.

Ensuring technical convergence on the perimeter in conjunction with the protection under body ( fairings/shields) designers by:

- Managing QCDP aspects (order management, supplier receipts, synchronization of factories, ramp-up, logistics)

- Ensuring the transversal animation of the projects in the perimeter.

Creating documentation;
Aligning teams’ members’ actions with the company strategy;
Drive to ensure that the quality of the product is not compromised by the ability to achieve the timing plan;
Close communication with suppliers, checking if the supplier tests on the parts are correct and respect the standards procedures; create and following the validation plan;
Checking if the supplier processes are aligned with technical specifications during the deploying;
Validating planning with the supplier regarding the technical rules;
Project Presentation (PPT) in order to have a complex view through departments and/or with supplier about encountered problems and available solutions;
Developing teams’ members performance;
Guiding team's members;
Update internal databases.

Work-sessions in site Client ( 2 days by week)

Qualifications

Mastery of project management: planning, reporting, hard points, actions, highlights, arbitration, communication, facilitation of technical meetings, cross-business coordination - Knowledge in the field of wiring (would be a plus).

Mandatory skills:

Experience in project engineer management design in automotive industry;
Good command of English and/or French;
Previous experience as a management projects is a plus;
team player
Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

knowledge in software as follow: RGPQP, OneVAL, SIGNE, TCS, OneTD, LUP, GF CENTRICS
