Project Documentation Manager (Naval/Maritime)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Document Controller for a 4-6 month mission in the UAE. The Document Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all project documents, organizing, archiving, and updating them as required. The ideal candidate will be an expert in document management programs and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate records of project documents.
Organize, archive, and regularly update documents to ensure easy retrieval.
Ensure compliance with document control procedures.
Support the project team in document distribution and management.
Maintain logs and tracking for all project documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in document management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in document control, preferably in naval or defense projects.
Proficiency in document management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
