• JUNIOR: 1-2 years of experience in automotive development / industrialization / quality
• University Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical
• English minimum level: B1
• Knowledge of MS-Office, PLM and Quantic
• MANDATORY: capacity to animate and conduct technical meetings and guarantee the correct KPI assigning and reporting
• Flexibility, Ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity of teamwork, social and intercultural competency
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and motivate team members
