Business Development Manager

Job Description

Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base
Manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets
Collaborate with internal and global teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management
Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the technology sector
Proven track record of managing and growing a sales portfolio
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
