Graduate Accountant

Job Description

Assist with preparation of financial statements and reports
Support the monthly and year-end closing processes
Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation
Assist with weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll processing
Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and controls
Work closely with the management team and PMO on ad-hoc tasks and projects

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
Familiarity with accounting software (Xero) and MS Excel
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
