HSE Superintendent/Supervisor-TWO MONTHS CONTRACT-IMMEDIATE START-ABU DHABI, UAE

Job Description

Duration: 2 months (starting from 5th December)
Work Schedule:

Monday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Sunday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: Off

Location: Office premises (Renovation site)

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Supervision:
- Oversee all renovation activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct site inspections and hazard assessments during construction hours.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to local construction and real estate safety regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly HSE reports to the management.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Develop and implement safety protocols for emergencies, including evacuation procedures.
- Address and resolve on-site safety issues promptly.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with contractors, site workers, and project managers to maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide guidance and training to workers on safe practices.
Incident Management:
- Investigate incidents or near misses and recommend preventive measures.

Qualifications

Proven experience in HSE roles within construction, real estate, or similar industries.
Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practices in renovation projects.
Knowledgeable and assertive personality, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
