LI Engineer

Job Description

Carrying out product development in line with design rules and relevant standards and norms that meet the expectations of the respective vehicle.
Managing supplier relations.
Reviewing technical drawings of parts/components under supplier responsibility and ensuring their integration into the system.
Monitoring the execution of required test plans, reviewing test reports, and ensuring that all entries are made in the relevant systems.
Knowing and applying the quality policy and quality objectives.
Performing all activities in accordance with the documents published within the scope of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and completing all required records fully and accurately.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System through assigned work and activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or related fields).
Knowledge of automotive standards, norms, and design principles.
Experience in supplier management and component development processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with test planning, test execution follow-up, and reporting.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and documentation requirements.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software/tools (e.g., CAD, PLM systems).
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
