Search, detect, and quantify customer quality issues actively and preventively at an early stage.
Decide, among all the issues experienced by the customer, what are the emerging issues that must be pre-investigated.
Check effectiveness of implemented Quality solving solutions mainly in post warranty periods.
Be an expert in extracting data from databases to develop specialized statistical methodologies.
Define and use valid advanced statistical principles to analyze customer problems and factors driving them.
Develop and implement advanced methodologies to forecast product quality and reliability (i.e., Weibull analysis).
Support quality activities in the solving processes and Strategic Objectives when applicable.
Analytical and statistical skills: Recognizing patterns in data, information, or events, drawing logical conclusions, and making recommendations on the most suitable models and statistical approaches.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical field is required.
Hands-on engineer with testing experience, preferably in automotive or trucking segment.
Understanding of engine and cooling systems.
Ability to work in CREO (not as a Designer, but Viewer).
Demonstrated experience in Failure Analysis, including FEMA / DFMEA.
Demonstrated experience in problem-solving through analytics, such as Weibull Analysis, FMEA, 8D process, 5 WHY, etc.
Strong analytical and statistical skills, including the ability to recognize patterns in data, information, or events, draw logical conclusions, and make recommendations on the most suitable models and statistical approaches.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Team player with good networking skills.
Customer focus.
Some travel may be necessary to visit suppliers and/or customers in North America.
