HR Manager (Energy-Waste Treatment)- Arabic Speaker

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources activities for our hazardous and radioactive waste treatment plants in Ruwais, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations, recruitment, and manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, immigration, and work permits.
Supervise employee benefits, training, and development programs.
Lead payroll and staff cost budgeting processes.
Support local talent initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of HR experience in the Middle East, preferably in the industrial sector (Oil & Gas experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and excellent leadership skills.
English proficiency required, Arabic MANDATORY
