Schedule Leader

Job Description

Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules that encompass all aspects of automotive welding operations.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment of production timelines with project goals.
Monitor and report on project status, identifying any potential delays or discrepancies in the schedule.
Implement scheduling strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation across the site.
Coordinate with site managers and team leaders to ensure effective implementation of the production schedule.
Adjust schedules in response to unforeseen challenges or changes in project scope.
Ensure all scheduling practices adhere to industry standards and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the automotive welding processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
At least 7 years of experience in scheduling or project management within the automotive industry, specifically in welding operations.
Strong understanding of project management tools and software.
Proven ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate multiple teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across various departments.
Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset to foresee and address potential issues in project timelines.
