Job Description

• Manage daily assignments for 30 employees.

• Handle work order management efficiently.

• Collaborate with the facilities group for timely maintenance and repairs.

• Oversee shipping and receiving activities.

• Serve as the first line of contact for all business partners.

• Maintain shop safety and organization following 5S principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a shop environment.

• Effective management of work orders and personnel assignments.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.

• Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.

• Commitment to shop safety and organization.
