Descrizione del lavoro

Siamo cercando un Ispettore Strumentazione e Automazione con esperienza nella verifica del montaggio, collaudo e commissioning di impianti industriali. Il candidato sarà responsabile di garantire il rispetto degli standard tecnici, di sicurezza e di qualità, intervenendo su strumenti, attuatori e sistemi di automazione.

Responsabilità principali

Verifica del montaggio di primari e secondari pneumatici, elettrici e di strumentazione.
Controllo e test di strumenti e dispositivi di automazione.
Commissioning e avviamento logiche di automazione e sicurezza.
Test segnali DI/DO/AI/AO, SPDT, Open Collector, PT100/Tc, 4/20 mA (attivi e passivi).
Collegamenti tra campo e DCS, gestione bus di campo (Modbus, Profibus) e reti LAN.
Supporto alla programmazione PLC e DCS (preferibile esperienza concreta).
Gestione sistemi SIL e tuning regolatori PID.

Qualifiche

Titolo di studio: Laurea in Ingegneria o Perito tecnico.
Esperienza: Minimo 10 anni in ruoli analoghi.
Lingua: Italiano fluente.
Conoscenza approfondita di strumenti, attuatori di processo e automazione industriale.
Capacità di lavorare in team e interfacciarsi con diversi reparti.

Orientamento alla sicurezza e al rispetto delle normative.
Capacità di problem solving tecnico in fase di commissioning.
