Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety Risk Assessment for ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Implementation

Mission Summary 

This project focuses on identifying, analysing, and evaluating all environmental aspects (ISO 14001) and OH&S hazards (ISO 45001) across Segula Technologies Tunisia’s two sites. The goal is to establish the risk baseline and integrate outputs into the existing IMS (ISO 9001 + ISO 27001).

Core Tasks

• Identify environmental aspects & impacts
• Identify OH&S hazards & risks
• Develop evaluation criteria and scoring models
• Build environmental & OH&S legal compliance mapping (Tunisia)
• Prepare the integrated risk register
• Recommend mitigation and operational controls
