HR Generalist

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. HR Administrator located in Mexico City, Mexico. The Sr. HR Administrator will be responsible for managing HR functions, benefits administration, HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities include:

Ensuring proper maintenance of employee workpaper files
Clarifying payslips for employees
Leading the administration of travel arrangements and others
Contributing to successful ISO 9001 audits
Knowledge in STPS and INFONAVIT law
Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes

Qualifications

Qualifications

HR management and benefits administration skills
Knowledge of labor and employment law
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Strong understanding of human resources practices
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (Professional license required)
English B2 level or above
