Time Specialist

Job Description

Build an efficient operator workstation.
Propose actions and lead action plans to reduce the number of operator workstations (and optimize efficiency), taking into account safety, quality and ergonomics.
Define the layout of the line edges of the shoeing installations.
Create and update cycle charts.
Determine operating times, validate timed times, cycle times and operator station activity.
Calculate the number of staff needed and validate operating procedures.
Measure and validate the cycle times of the means, determine the production potential of the installations, propose improvements (in the study phase and if necessary in project / plant support).
Create and write analysis sheets of operations in the computer system.
Track and update engineering standard time.
Transfer Item and Vehicle Assortments to the Management System.
Responds to the project manager and the shoeing process architect.
Within the business, work in collaboration with the preparer, the product manager, the implementer, the flow manager and the factory representatives.
Leads cross-functional working groups with the ergonomist, the logistics business (packaging and logistics flows).
Responsible for achieving the Operator Efficiency objective, leads action plans to achieve the result.
Guarantor of the convergence of the cycle time of automated installations and the human/resource interface.
Guarantor to the staff and the Staff Representatives of the accuracy of the ranges and the judgement of the operator's pace.

Qualifications

Bac+2 level or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of the shoeing process.
Mastery of MTM, METEO, cycle time tools (DIZI, Motif).
English: oral and written comprehension and expression allowing professional exchanges with English-speaking internal and external interlocutors.
