Layout Specialist

Job Description

Establish the layout plans of the shoeing workshops, based on the processes built by the architects and preparers.
Propose and guide configurations to reduce surface area.
Retrieve and validate site plan updates provided by serial lives.
Carry out on-site surveys of existing process facilities in the case of carry overs and building constraints.
Establish a pre-implementation plan based on the master plan and the business reference system, be a force of proposal to optimize the master plan.
Take into account the ergonomics of the workstations, the integration of social areas, the width of the aisles, the definition of containers, the forecasts of control means, the flow constraints (stations for secondary flows, etc.), the operating and maintenance constraints.
Ensure compliance with safety rules (contiguous zone, anti-confinement, anti-upwelling).
Ensure general reassembly for a sector/workshop.
Formalize and archive the plan in the archiving database, while ensuring communication with partners.
Disseminate the general assembly to the various stakeholders of the project and ensure the process/environment synthesis.
Within the business, work in collaboration with the preparer, the product manager, the AET and the flow manager, the logistics business (packaging and logistics flows), the execution teams and the factory representatives.
Guarantor of the technical coherence of the sector and inter-sector implementations, from the phase advance to the start-up of the installations.

Qualifications

Bac+2 level or equivalent
Knowledge of the shoeing process.
Mastery of digital tools (AUTOCAD)
English: oral and written comprehension and expression allowing professional exchanges with English-speaking internal and external interlocutors.
