• Focusing on integration of 3 subsystems of the 3in1 eAxle [eMotor + Inverter + Gearbox].
• Work closely with subsystem teams to ensure development of a differentiated 3in1 eAxle system, focused on connections, packaging, assembly and adherence to system-level customer requirements.
• Responsible for meeting all systems requirements (Functional Safety, Performance, Reliability, Quality, Costs & Timing) to fulfill quality requirements.
• Responsible for driving the mechanical design, development and improvement of current and future generations of Electric Vehicle products for pre-production and production applications
• Responsibility will include all aspects of the integration and validation of the 3 major subsystems of the eAxle, driving the final system from concept to serial introduction, ensuring a robust design for SOP.
• Strong focus on system-level Design for Manunfacture and Assembly and close alignment with prototype and production facilities.
