Gender diversity at the hear of our actions

For several years now, we have been a partner of the association Elles Bougent, which aims to strengthen diversity in the industrial and technological sectors. It is with desire and determination that our employees get involved throughout the year to introduce their jobs and careers in engineering to young women in high school and college.

And because we care about this, in 2020 we launched our internal network for the promotion of gender diversity called WINS. One of the first concrete actions of this network was the implementation of a mentoring program. By accompanying our female employees on a daily basis, we aim to encourage their access to positions of high responsibility.

Progress targets for 2022:

*SEGULA MATRA AUTOMOTIVE

SEGULA is attentive to the respect of parity and gender diversity in its teams. On the strength of this value, SMA has set itself the following objectives:

  • Reduce the pay gap between men and women in such a way as to obtain an additional point and reach the maximum number of points on this indicator, i.e. 40 points
  • Reduce the difference in the rate of individual increases (excluding promotions) between men and women in order to obtain 5 additional points for this indicator
  • Include at least one woman among the 10 highest paid employees in order to obtain at least 5 points/10 for this indicator

 

**SEGULA ENGINEERING FRANCE

SEGULA ENGINEERING FRANCE has set itself the following objectives:

  • Reduce the pay gap between men and women to at least 35 points/40 on this indicator
  • To integrate or promote at least one woman among the 10 highest paid employees in order to obtain at least 5 points/10 on this indicator

 

Representation of men and women among the members of the governing bodies:

– SEGULA MATRA AUTOMOTIVE’s Executive Committee has 7 members, 2 of whom are women (28.57%) and 5 men (71.43%)

– SEGULA ENGINEERING’s Executive Committee has 7 members, 2 of whom are women (28.57%) and 5 men (71.43%)
