Each year, we support the younger generation in the discovery of engineering professions and we are committed to strengthening the links between the educational and professional worlds. Our objective is simple: to promote the professional integration of students and graduates.

Segula Technologies is present at all the highlights of student life:

We guide students in the construction of their professional projects through conferences during which we present the engineering professions and the group’s flagship projects.
We offer workshops to optimize their CVs, simulate job interviews, advise them and answer their questions.
We support their professional integration by offering them internship and first job opportunities during recruitment events.
We support the biggest student projects such as the EDHEC Cruise Race, the Centrale Supelec Raid or the 4L Trophy.
During our campus tours, we give them a thrill with our unique virtual reality experiences.

Why do your internship at Segula?

Every year, we give more than 200 interns the opportunity to join our Research & Innovation teams and work on current topics such as connected and autonomous mobility, industry 4.0, data engineering, bio-medicine... and together, we rethink the world of tomorrow.

Through these internship projects, you will discover engineering professions that are often unknown and you will have the opportunity to project yourself alongside us within a caring and training group. Our operational technical tutors and our Research & Innovation pilots ensure your supervision and the follow-up of your projects. On our side, we greatly appreciate your knowledge, your ease of integration into the teams and your unfailing motivation.

It is therefore with particular pride that we strongly encourage the hiring of R&I trainees at the end of their internships, which prove to be an incredible gateway to the group: each year, we convert more than 60% of our R&I trainees into permanent jobs.
