SEGULA Technologies Mexico is looking to reinforce its organization with the hiring of a Finance Manager F/M that will support Corporate CFO at the HQ.
The Finance manager needs to possess skills that match the company’s expectations in terms of financial data preparation, controlling and process improvement, administration.
He/She will have a central place in the structure by taking as responsibilities the following ones:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations;
- Preparation of monthly and annual closings;
- Create Income statement (P&L) and Balance sheet;
- Overall responsibility for accounts payable;
- Responsible for the month-end and year-end closings;
- Tax declaration, tax reporting, VAT (reversed VAT when applicable);
- Control Cash flow;
- Monthly consolidation and reporting of financial statements for the group;
- Responsible for the preparation of the annual reports;
- Communication with external auditors;
- Provide monthly and ad hoc analysis of accounting data;
- Continuous development of accounting processes, financial reporting and finance systems;
- Advising MD on company performance and long-term business and financial planning;
- Responsible for all finance, HR and IT related procedures and personell;
- Improvement/coordination of work routines and processes.
