Our team of Embedded Systems Test Engineers is growing!

As a Test Engineer within Embedded Systems, you will be part of a group with focus on delivering embedded systems software using model-based development (MBD) methodology. As part of the development process for complex, large scale software applications for mechatronics, electronics systems to deliver more automated, intelligent solutions. You will be part of cross-functional team and will be working in close collaboration with the developers to ensure the quality of the delivery using functional testing, exploratory testing and automated testing. As QA specialist you will ensure development of high-quality software using HIL/SIL testing. As part of the group, you will be open to knowledge sharing, training of new people in the group to increase their competence level in the area.  You will be expected to grow your competence in MBD from team members and will be trained/supported in gaining the said competence.

Our customers are within Automotive, Rail and other industries with complex embedded systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify test needs for new development items
• Discuss complicated requirements and their outcome with Function Owner and developers
• Perform acceptance and exploratory testing of new development items
• Manage and maintain regression testing cases and methodology
• Perform regression testing of releases
• Exploratory and release testing on HIL
• Identify and improve the test techniques and method to bring better quality to the test activities
• Maintain and improve requirement traceability and test coverage
