Stellenbeschreibung

Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung, securitytechnische Absicherung und Troubleshooting der virtuellen Infrastruktur mit Schwerpunkt Citrix
ADC, XenServer, PVS, MCS, Terminalserver und Lizenzierung verstehen Sie nicht nur, sondern werden diese und vergleichbare Themen proaktiv vorantreiben
Erhebung der Anforderungen, Sicherstellung der vollständigen Dokumentation und Beauftragung sowie Steuerung von internen und externen Dienstleistern
Ständige Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Lösungen und Bewertung neuer Möglichkeiten, auch in Richtung der Cloud, zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen, effizienten und modernen Arbeitsumfeldes für den internen als auch externen Anwender
Aktive Mitwirkung innerhalb der IT-Supportorganisation rund um alle Belange der virtuellen Systemlandschaft, dabei sorgen Sie für eine ITIL-konforme Abwicklung
Steuerung interner als auch externer Supportorganisationen

Qualifikationen

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU, UNI) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Microsoft Server- und Clientlandschaft, sowie auch bei Microsoft Terminalserver und der Citrix-Technologien
Kenntnisse in Linux (Redhat, CentOS) und VMWARE wünschenswert
Breitgefächertes IT-Know-how und analytisches Denken
Soziale Kompetenz und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke – Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzliche Informationen:

Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung zwischen € 2.957,-- und € 3.791,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von der spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
